first time trying this skirt!

i been trying to wear more skirts and be more femenine in how i dress because even though I like masculine clothing, I want others to see me as a woman. So this Is me trying, my gf told me the shirt wasn't the beat option but i wanted to use it for the band because i was meeting with new people with similar interest. Also i love the combination with the shoes but i dont know if they are the best for this oufit. I would love every tip and advise!! (sorry if my english or grammar is not that good, im a Little sleepy and english is not my first language)

How do I just not have an anxiety attack anytime I try to put on women’s clothes?

Howdy ladies. I am just shy of a year into my transition and approaching 1 month on HRT. Over the next two months I have my grandma’s funeral, sister’s graduation, and friend’s wedding. I really want to buy a new outfit but every single time even consider wearing / buying anything I have a mini anxiety attack and end up not following through. I wish that I wouldn’t get in my head but that’s easier said than done. I’ve tried multiple times to start buying new clothes but each time I start to freak out. Even as simple as buying a pair of shoes online was too much. I want so badly buy a new outfit and feel pretty but I also feel like I still don’t deserve to. Like I’ll never be a real woman so why even bother. This cognitive dissonance is bullshit. I would never think that about any other trans women and yet for some reason in my stupid little lizard brain I in particular am not and never will be valid.

On a side note I also have questions about tucking. Is there a way to like partially tuck? Like having everything out off the way so there’s no bulge but without completely tucking everything away (I’ve never tucked before I just know how a bulge would make me feel when trying to dress feminine.) Also does anyone have any recommendations for underwear that would have the support needed? I’m looking for something as cheap as possible because let’s be honest I’m a broke bitch.
